| For Participants Racine Vocational Ministry offers a five-step program to help participants improve their lives and careers: • Intake assessment: A questionnaire and one-on-one interview to determine their history and skills • Solutions for Success: Four-day training class teaches interview techniques and addresses anger management and other hindrances to productivity • One-on-one counseling: Weekly meetings with a case manager • Job placement: Relationship with partner employers helps match participants with appropriate openings • Career development: Follow-up sessions to coach participants on skills they can acquire to further their careers |

For Employers |

| RVM works closely with local employers, providing them with motivated, goal-oriented workers. Participants are taught the importance of work ethic and the intricacies of the U.S. business culture. | |||||
| Staff members examine individual cases to find mutually appropriate openings for businesses and participants. Staff places a priority on following up after a hire to ensure a company is satisfied with its new worker. | |||||
